2050 Motors, Inc. Successfully Unveils Two All Carbon Fiber Electric Car Models In Las Vegas

Summary
2050 Motors, Inc. successfully unveils two all carbon fiber electric car models in Las Vegas and the event captured the interest of the automotive industry, political representatives and news media.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (PRWEB) FEBRUARY 16, 2016 -- Michael Hu, President of 2050 Motors, Inc. (OTCQB: ETFM), today announced the success of the Company's private showing of the two all carbon fiber electric models in Las Vegas during the Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year Weekend. The automotive industry, political representatives and news media received the event with great enthusiasm.

The public had its first look at 2050 Motors' two car models Friday and Saturday nights at the news media and special invited guests catered receptions. The two models, the compact e-Go and luxury sedan Ibis, are still on display and the Company is inviting the public to see the cars.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal carried a major 1000 word article describing the advanced automobiles and the event. Reporter Richard N. Velotta in the article stated, “A second electric car company is planning to build a manufacturing plant in Southern Nevada, and it's further along in development than Faraday Future — it has two car models it is showing off in Las Vegas this week.”

Mr. Velotta continued, “The 2050 Motors vehicles are the first electric vehicles manufactured with carbon fiber materials. That makes them lighter and stronger than conventional vehicles, giving them added range. Company officials say their cars will have a range of more than 200 miles on a charge.

“Joe LaStella, 2050's senior engineering consultant, said the company has worked to keep itself under the radar until it completed five milestones: designing a car with carbon fiber, building a production plant, developing a supply chain, creating a distribution network for sales and passing U.S. Department of Transportation crash test standards.

“LaStella said the company has completed the first four milestones and felt it was close enough on the fifth to show off the car as a celebration of the Chinese New Year.

“ "Carbon fiber is five times stronger than steel at one-third of the weight, and that's what makes this car different from anything else on the market," LaStella said.”

The Las Vegas Review-Journal article also explained,“The Las Vegas Company officials say the e-Go, which seats four passengers, would sell for $25,000 after federal energy efficiency tax credits. The five-passenger Ibis, which is 800 pounds lighter than the Tesla Model S sedan, would sell for $59,500 after tax credits, [which is] less than the cost of a Tesla.

“2050 [Motors] may seek state tax incentives, just as Faraday did. "2050 Motors has been negotiating for well over a year with municipalities to finalize plans for job creation. Both state governments and municipalities are offering considerable incentives for job creation," the company said in a January press release.

“The company believes job creation is a key issue in the 2016 presidential election and recently added a section to its website calling attention to the prospect of adding 3,000 jobs.”

The entire Las Vegas Review-Journal article posted on February 13 is available athttp://www.reviewjournal.com/business/second-electric-car-company-plans-manufacturing-plant-southern-nevada

Mr. Hu, whose picture is featured in the article alongside the e-Go commuter model vehicle, went on to say, “We all thought that the Ibis – the e-Go's big brother which is a four door carbon fiber body luxury electric sedan – would be the feature of the show. However, the red e-Go stole the show and received even much more attention than the Ibis.

“Some of the most memorable comments from viewers include that the Ibis looked either like a Maserati or a Rolls Royce before they were told that it was a new carbon fiber electric automobile.

“The credit for the creation of these two future design carbon fiber automobiles and their advanced carbon fiber production technology must be given to Aoxin Automobile engineers and specially the coordinated effort by the Italian engineering firm BENSUR, and more particularly to Pasguale Bentivoglio (Paki) who holds many of the patents that are incorporated in both of the e-Go and Ibis luxury sedan.”

The showcasing event was a great success and was well attended. In fact, 2050 Motors decided to extend the showcase beyond February 22 until February 29 and considers extending the show even further. The display is open from 10 AM to 4 PM seven days a week at the world famous William Carr Gallery (http://williamcarrgallery.com/) located in the newly constructed Tivoli Village Mall, 400 S. Rampart Blvd., Ste. 105, Las Vegas NV 89145. People interested in viewing the vehicles on display and are planning to attend the gallery, we are cordially asking them to please register by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject “Attending Gallery” so that we may accommodate all of our visitors.

2050 Motors, Inc. Announces All Carbon Fiber Electric E-Go Passes Frontal Crash Test With Impressive Results

Summary

2050 Motors, Inc. carbon fiber electric e-Go passes front crash test with impressive results and discusses plans for United States assembly facility.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (PRWEB) February 12, 2016 – Michael Hu, President of 2050 Motors, Inc. (OTCQB: ETFM), announced today that the first all carbon fiber electric vehicle (the e-Go EV) has commenced crash testing in China and has successfully passed the frontal crash test with amazing results.

The crash tests are being conducted according to European, Japanese and Chinese crash test standards. A GIF file of the actual moving sequence of an e-Go car in a frontal crash test at 35 miles per hour in slow motion reveals that the vehicle substantially returned to its original shape after the test. A photograph of the front of the vehicle shows minimal damage after the test. The amazing sequence can be viewed at http://www.2050motors.com/cars.html A more complete report on the crash tests will be announced in a separate press release.

Mr. Hu commented on the results, “This means that the carbon fiber body absorbed the full force of the collision and returned to its original shape. I believe that no other automobile for the consumer market has ever displayed such a frontal crash resilience and shock absorbance of energy.”

Mr. Hu further stated, “In 2015, the e-Go was re-engineered through extensive state-of-the-art computer crash test analysis. Then, 22 demo e-Go vehicles were delivered to the Chinese government for months of testing to obtain the production and export permits for the Yancheng automobile plant.”

Later this year, 2050 Motors will proceed with the US DOT (Department of Transportation) crash test program for the e-Go before it can be sold in the United States.

2050 Motors will initially sell and distribute the e-Go built from the Yancheng plant in China and then later start assembly of the e-Go in Las Vegas, Nevada. The construction plans for the 2050 Motors assembly facility in the United States have been progressing for many months and will create numerous high paying jobs. Please see the press release dated January 20, 2016 titled “2050 Motors, Inc. Announces Launch of New Corporate Website Including Job Creation Plans” for further info.

The e-Go's big brother, the Ibis – an all carbon fiber all electric luxury sedan – is also being considered for production in the United States. Both the e-Go and Ibis are being showcased in Las Vegas from February 12 through February 22, 2016. Please see the press release dated January 26, 2016 titled “2050 Motors, Inc. Media Event Picks Up Speed” for details on visiting hours.

2050 Motors, Inc. Announces Launch of New Corporate Website Including Job Creation Plans

Summary

2050 Motors, Inc. new website presents a complete spectrum of new information including the company's advanced carbon fiber electric vehicles program, related technology strategy programs and US job creation plans.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (PRWEB) January 20, 2016 – Today Michael Hu, President of 2050 Motors, Inc. (OTCQB: ETFM), announced that on January 14, 2015 the Company unveiled its new Corporate Website. The Internet site, 2050motors.com, combines many new features to make browsing flow smoother and be a more informative experience for potential customers and investors.

The Press Release and Investor Relations sections feature postings of the Company's published press releases, automated posting of SEC filings and detailed annual and quarterly financial statements.

The website also contains a new section dedicated to “Job Creation.” One of the most important aspects of the 2016 Presidential Election centers on the need for American companies to create jobs. In this respect, 2050 Motors has been negotiating for well over a year with municipalities to finalize plans for job creation. Both state governments and municipalities are offering considerable incentives for job creation. This section addresses 2050 Motors' Phase I and II corporate expansion plans that may create over 3000 jobs in the next few years.

The new site also points to a recent article published by Composites World featuring 2050 Motors (see link http://cw.epubxp.com/i/620463-jan-2016/20 ) stating the advantages and the future of carbon fiber vehicles in the automobile industry. The article specifically mentions 2050 Motors' all carbon fiber composite electric e-Go and Ibis.

It's interesting to note that in a different article by Composites Manufacturing, titled “Composites on Display at 2016 Detroit Auto Show” (January 18, 2016), stated, “The 2016 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit featured a number of innovative vehicles that utilize composites, including the 2017 Honda Ridgeline, Audi’s 2016 H-Tron Quattro, and the 2017 Lexus LC 500.” This article depicts how important it is for cars of the future to rely on lightweight composite materials to reduce their weight and increase their efficiency and mileage. It's also important to note that none of the cars featured in the article had a complete carbon fiber body, they only replaced certain parts of the cars such as roofs and doors with a variety of lightweight materials. It's clear that no one except Aoxin/2050 Motors can offer production line all carbon fiber bodies (including carbon fiber interior panels) at reasonable prices for the general public. 2050 Motors' electric e-Go and Ibis five-passenger luxury sedan are poised to take advantage of their carbon fiber body/aluminum chassis architecture to enter this advanced innovative emerging market.

The website also features many new pictures of 2050 Motors' Ibis all carbon fiber electric automobile at a media photo shoot recently in Las Vegas (see January 14, 2016 press release titled “2050 Motors, Inc. Ibis Versus The Tesla Model S Sedan”).

2050 Motors, Inc. Ibis Versus The Tesla Model S Sedan

Summary

2050 Motors, Inc. announced the arrival of the new Ibis all-carbon fiber electric sedan in the United States. The President of 2050 Motors pointed out several similarities between the Ibis and the Tesla Model S.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (PRWEB) January 14, 2016 – Today Michael Hu, President of 2050 Motors, Inc. (OTCQB: ETFM), announced that last week the new Ibis all-carbon fiber electric sedan arrived in the United States. The Ibis created a great deal of attention from spectators during its media photo shoot (see Ibis photo shoot pictures and 360-degree video walk-around at the new 2050 Motors' Website http://www.2050motors.com/photoshoot.html ).

Mr. Hu stated that, "I would like to clarify some of the Internet comments depicting the Ibis as an imitation of the Tesla Model S. Uninformed people have stated that the Ibis emblem is a 'knockoff' of the Tesla emblem. It's really unfortunate that the two emblems are similar, but that is where the resemblance ends. The following factors I think are more important:

"The Ibis body is built totally out of carbon fiber which is five times stronger than steel and one third the weight. The Tesla body is fabricated from punched out aluminum sheeting.

"Even though the Tesla body is made of aluminum, the Ibis is at least 800 lbs lighter which everyone knows will produce better mileage, especially in urban driving conditions.

"The next important point is that the Ibis carbon fiber body sits on a high strength extruded aluminum frame not on a sheet metal punched out aluminum frame as the Tesla."

A recent article published by Brian Murphy on January 11 titled, "2050 Motors is Going to Beat Tesla Motors to the All Important Middle Market," contains comparative pictures of both the Ibis frame and the Tesla frame. Readers should compare these pictures and decide for themselves which one looks tougher and more durable (see frame pictures here http://www.2050motors.com/photoshoot.html ).

Mr. Hu continued, "Another point is that both vehicles carry impressive battery packs. The Ibis at 72 kWh and the Tesla at 70 kWh and 85 kWh. The lighter weight of the Ibis will certainly compensate for the slightly lower energy capacity of its battery pack. Therefore, both vehicles will have a similar driving range.

"The next item is cost. Most Tesla Model S are priced over $100,000 after federal rebates. The Ibis, after federal rebates, will be $59,500. A cost that is significantly different and not something to sneeze at.

"Both cars have a variety of gadgetry based on customers' desires. However, the Tesla was the first to demonstrate to the world that an electric car can compete in every aspect with regular gasoline-powered vehicles. We acknowledge Tesla for this accomplishment. However, building an electric car that can accelerate from zero to 60 mph faster than a Ferrari, although impressive, is not what electric cars are all about, they are about the environment. Incidentally, the Ibis acceleration is comparable to most gasoline operated vehicles on the road today. Finally, let's remember that high powered electric motors used to accomplish hair raising acceleration also consume battery energy at phenomenal rates and are as unnecessary as gas powered muscle cars for the general public."

"Electric cars are being developed to reduce our dependence on foreign oil and reduce all emissions including the ones causing climate change. We believe the Ibis will capture a portion of the high-end middle market which offers all of the high-tech gadgets at an affordable price and, the e-Go will capture a portion of the lower-end middle market – both due to their carbon fiber bodies and space age aluminum frames which no other manufacturer offers."

The Brian Murphy article also states, "The Ibis as well as the e-Go are poised to move into that sweet spot of affordability and style, and could soon become the premier name in the U.S. electric vehicles market."

2050 Motors, Inc. Unveils Video of Taxis and Honda Fit Running On Hydrogen-Rich Alcohol Fuel

Summary
2050 Motors, Inc. released a current video which demonstrates the new Hydrogen-Rich Alcohol/Water System (HRAS) technology. This breakthrough technology allows existing internal combustion engines to operate at higher efficiency and significantly reduce emissions. 2050 Motors also announces the expected arrival of first carbon fiber electric vehicle demonstration models sometime in November 2015 depending on port congestion.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (PRWEB) September 30, 2015 - Michael Hu, President of 2050 Motors, Inc. (OTCQB: ETFM) and his scientific team have just returned from China where they witnessed a demonstration of the fueling and running of a 2014 Honda Fit with the new Hydrogen-Rich Alcohol/Water System (HRAS). A video of the demonstration can be seen at http://youtu.be/xOFwRTLftZY . The video also shows the successful commercial operation of a taxi fleet in China using a HRAS.

In a press release issued on August 3, 2015 titled “2050 Motors, Inc. to Introduce Hydrogen-Rich Alcohol Fuel Engines to the United States”, 2050 Motors unveiled a detailed history and specifications of the new HRAS technology. Namely, the fuel is a mixture of clean burning methanol (alcohol) mixed with water typically in a ratio of 70% methanol and 30% water. The fuel is partially converted into hydrogen utilizing a proprietary on board catalyst without the use of electricity.

Mr. Hu stated, “Please note, the video shows the placement of the small three liter hydrogen storage tank in the trunk of the Honda Fit. The hydrogen fuel starts the engine which switches over to the HRAS fuel. The small hydrogen tank is refilled on board, in the trunk, by the vehicle's hydrogen production system for the next engine start-up. This stored hydrogen fuel is especially useful in cold weather starting. In normal engine operation hydrogen, methanol and water are fed to the engine for a clean combustion, high efficiency with low emissions.”

2050 Motors has scheduled the testing and demonstration of the HRAS technology in the United States, see press release dated August 3, 2015 for details.

Mr. Hu further stated, “Our stockholders should understand that 2050 Motors is much more than just an electric car company. 2050 Motors is actively involved with other high-tech companies throughout the world to secure cutting edge technologies for our company. These technologies include carbon fiber automobiles; advanced clean renewable fuels such as our HRAS technology; low cost graphene production for lithium batteries and other industrial applications; high efficiency engines and other intellectual property. Furthermore, many of these technologies reach far beyond the auto industry, including aircraft and industrial applications.”

Mr. Hu also announced, “We expect arrival of the super-light-weight all carbon fiber electric automobile e-GO EV demonstration model soon. After long delays for design improvements to meet the 2017 US DOT requirements the e-GO EV is being shipped by Aoxin Automobile, our Chinese production partner, sometime in November 2015.”

2050 Motors will schedule a high profile press conference in Las Vegas to showcase the vehicles upon their arrival. This press conference will include e-GO's Big Brother, the Ibis Carbon Fiber Luxury Touring Sedan. Photos of these two amazing vehicles at the November 2014 Shanghai Auto Show can be seen on the website where they were featured in many Chinese media news articles and on National CCTV which covers all of China.

2050 Motors, Inc. to Introduce Hydrogen-Rich Alcohol Fuel Engines to the United States

Summary
2050 Motors, Inc. to introduce to the United States a new technology that allows existing internal combustion engines to operate at higher compression ratios producing much higher efficiency and significantly reducing emissions.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (PRWEB) August 03, 2015 - Michael Hu, President of 2050 Motors, Inc. (OTCQB: ETFM), announced today that the Company signed an agreement to introduce hydrogen-rich alcohol fuel (HRAS) technology to the U.S. Automobile Industry.

The HRAS technology was developed in China and has successfully been incorporated into taxi fleets in China. The HRAS system uses a proprietary catalyst in the fuel together with a patented conversion system device that allows existing automobiles to run on 70% methanol (or ethanol) and 30% water.

Since methanol in China, as in the U.S., sells for $1.35 USD per gallon, the fuel savings for taxi fleets in China are quite significant. They are experiencing nearly the same fuel mileage on the methanol/water fuel mixture as the original gasoline powered vehicles. The fuel efficiency is provided by the conversion of part of the alcohol/water fuel to hydrogen which is generated by the special proprietary catalyst and waste heat from the exhaust system.

Independent dynamometer tests in China confirmed these remarkable mileage results. 2050 Motors and its Chinese partners are in the process of converting a new Honda Fit automobile that will be used to certify these amazing results. Mileage verifications on the Honda Fit will be conducted at a U.S. certified test facility.

Wall Street and the investment community will soon realize that methanol can become a new fuel of choice in the United States very rapidly for the following reasons:

1) Methanol presently is made from natural gas and the United States has one of the greatest reserves and existing supplies of natural gas in the world.

2) Analysts project that natural gas prices in the United States will remain at present levels until at least the year 2030. The number of new methanol facilities being built in the U.S. should therefore increase significantly since methanol can be derived from natural gas.

3) Lawmakers in the U.S. Congress understand this opportunity and presently have sponsored several bills which are now being studied in committees to allow methanol fuel to be used across the United States.

4) Methanol burns cleaner than gasoline and diesel, and reduces car emissions significantly. Although methanol contains roughly half the energy of gasoline compared by volume (56,000 BTU/gallon versus 116,000 BTU/gallon), costwise it is less expensive than gasoline even when compared by unit energy basis. It is also a better fuel because methanol has a high effective octane rating (91 octane for premium gasoline versus 107 octane for methanol); has a higher flame speed than gasoline, leading to higher efficiency; has a higher latent heat of vaporization (3.7 times higher than gasoline), cooling the engine during fuel injection; burns cleaner than gasoline; and is a safer fuel than gasoline in the case of fire since it is more difficult to ignite, releases less heat when it burns and methanol fires can be extinguished with plain water. It can also be used in current cars blended with gasoline and diesel (M85 and e-diesel).

5) Methanol can be produced from many sources including natural gas, landfill gas, biogas and coal. It can be produced as a renewable fuel from farm waste, wood chips or any other suitable agricultural or municipal waste material.

6) The United States has one of the largest natural gas reserves in the World. Natural gas automobiles have a range problem, methanol fueled vehicles do not.

7) Methanol produced from renewable sources can be a substitute for petroleum. It's a liquid that can be transported through existing petroleum distribution systems; and is already used today on a large scale as a raw material to produce numerous chemical products and materials. In addition, methanol can be readily converted to produce synthetic hydrocarbons and their products, currently obtained from petroleum and natural gas. Accidental release of methanol in a spill on the environment would cause much less damage than a comparable gasoline or crude oil spill because it is water soluble, thus easy to dilute its concentration in the environment, and is biodegradable by common microorganisms.

8) Chemical production pathways for methanol are fully developed. These processes do not compete for food resources like ethanol produced from corn. Presently, cellulosic ethanol processes, which can derive alcohol from agricultural waste, are still under development with no commercial plants in operation.

9) In the HRAS process a modified internal combustion engine is first started with a conventional fuel; hydrogen fuel is released from water via a catalyst utilizing waste heat from the vehicle exhaust; and finally, the methanol-water-hydrogen fuel mixture is combusted in the engine with high efficiency and low emissions.

Mr. Hu stated, "We are in the initial stages of a paradigm shift to clean, inexpensive, abundant fuel and clean-fueled, highly efficient engines for automobiles, trucks and especially fleets that refuel at central locations such as taxi cabs."

Higher compression ratios in internal combustion engines increase efficiency because more air is being combusted and there is a bigger volume in the expansion chamber for hot gasses to release their energy. Present automobile engines have lower efficiencies because their low compression ratios (10 to 1 compression ratio) are limited by the octane of gasoline even for costly premium gasoline. However, due to the cooling effect of methanol and its anti-knock properties, it is now possible to design engines with much higher compression ratios to yield better efficiencies and lower emissions. Many R&D teams at universities including the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) agree that when water is added to methanol higher compression ratios are possible, approaching and exceeding those of normal diesel engines that have a 20 to 1 ratio. The capabilities of these new high compression engines include:

1) Efficiencies higher than diesel engines

2) More powerful engines per cylinder displacement volume

3) Extremely low emissions

4) Significantly lower fuel costs not dependent on oil prices

5) Methanol is produced from natural gas here in the United States and will also eventually be produced from renewable sources.

It is interesting to note that Wikipedia states: "Methanol may be viewed as a compact way of storing hydrogen. One m3 of methanol at ambient pressure and temperature contains 1660 Nm3 (normal cubic meters) of hydrogen gas (H2). This may be compared to liquid hydrogen where one m3 of liquid hydrogen (LH2) at -253 °C contains only 788 Nm3 of hydrogen gas."

The methanol economy is a suggested future economy in which methanol replaces fossil fuels as a means of energy storage, ground transportation fuel, and raw material for synthetic hydrocarbons and their products. It offers an alternative to the proposed hydrogen economy or ethanol economy.

Things are shifting toward methanol fuel in the European Union also. Recently, Stena Line CEO Carl-Johan Hagman said the company wants to pursue change and development in this industry because methanol could be the "maritime fuel of the future." Stena Line is a family owned business that has a fleet of 120 ships, including 52 tankers and 58 giant ferries. A report by Stena noted all the attributes stated above and added that converting to methanol would be considerately less disruptive than converting to LNG. Methanol can be stored on board as a liquid at room temperature and needs neither cryogenic or high pressure tanks. Methanol requires significantly less infrastructure costs, has great biodegradable properties and significantly reduces carbon footprint.

In conclusion, it is easy to envision a bright future for the methanol industry in the United States as is already happening in China. 2050 Motors has the exclusive rights to introduce the HRAS technology to the U.S. market. The company will certify these results at a US EPA certified test laboratory in the near future.

2050 Motors is interested in strong lightweight vehicles that can be used as pure electrics, hybrids, and fuel cell or high efficiency alternative fuel vehicles. Our focus is on low carbon footprints for today's cars. That vision does not include pure hydrogen cars since hydrogen is not an energy source it is an energy carrier. It does though include the more widespread use of methanol in our country as a more mainstream fuel (a potential methanol economy if you will).

2050 Motors, Inc. Announces Bullet Proof Test Video of Electric e-GO Carbon Fiber Automobile

Summary
Real .38 caliber bullets bounce off carbon fiber material used to manufacture new electric automobile. Independent test performed in Montana illustrates the strength, resilience and consequently safety of the new inexpensive process technology used to build this automobile.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - June 18, 2015 (PRWeb) -- Michael Hu, President of 2050 Motors, Inc. (OTCQB: ETFM), stated that on June 15, 2015 an independent YouTube video was released demonstrating the bullet proof characteristics of the 2050 Motors' all carbon fiber electric vehicle called the e-GO EV. (See YouTube video here http://youtu.be/kFSi2G9a4Qk)

The video clearly shows bullets fired from a standard police .38 Special caliber pistol bouncing off the carbon fiber material plate. The plate is representative of the average strength of carbon fiber parts that make up the e-GO vehicle. The video was produced by enthusiasts independent of 2050 Motors. The marksman, Mr. Brian Davis, is a well-known hunting guide and outdoorsman from the state of Montana. The video also shows how a much smaller .22 caliber bullet easily penetrates a steel hood from a Chrysler heavy duty truck. Yet at a distance of only 10 feet, the much larger .38 caliber bullets could hardly penetrate the first carbon fiber layer of the e-GO plate.

Mr. Hu stated, “This video clearly depicts the superiority of the carbon fiber material against traditional steel used in the fabrication of automobiles. Consequently, this demonstrates the strength and crash safety worthiness of the carbon fiber advanced technology used to create the e-GO. Carbon fiber is several times stronger than steel and only one third the weight of steel. The carbon fiber technology used to build the e-GO makes it stronger and more resilient than even other carbon fiber technology being used currently.”

The novel and unique construction materials and manufacturing process philosophy for the e-GO EV has provided an entirely new DNA makeup for an automobile, which includes the following advantages:

-> The lightweight e-GO is less than one half the weight of any other electric vehicle on the market today.

-> The e-GO has one of the highest mileage efficiencies, especially under urban driving conditions of +150 mpg-e energy equivalent.

-> This e-GO efficiency translates into the option of extended driving range capabilities with a choice of battery packs that range up to 200 miles or more.

-> Because of cost efficient manufacturing and assembly, the e-GO will be the first carbon fiber vehicle ever offered to the general public with a reasonable consumer price in the range of $32,000 to $35,000 USD MSRP. We expect the e-GO to be significant competition for the much higher weight vehicles produced by General Motors, Nissan and eventually the Tesla Model 3, which is expected to be unveiled to the general public by 2016.

2050 Motors' Chinese partner, Jiangsu Aoxin New Energy Automobile, Ltd. showcased the e-GO EV at the 2014 Shanghai New Energy Auto Show (NEAS) where it received major media attention. Also spotlighted was the e-GO's big brother, the full size four-door touring luxury sedan designed by European engineers, named the IBIS (pronounced ee-bis). Both models have carbon fiber bodies on space-age aluminum frames. Please see pictures of NEAS show athttp://www.2050motors.com/shanghaishow.html.

On January 20, 2015, Aoxin Automobile announced the Grand Opening of the e-GO's manufacturing facility in Yancheng, China. The 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility features a state-of-the-art aluminum chassis robotic welding production line and high-temperature, high-pressure, vacuum-assisted carbon fiber molding production line, capable of producing 20,000 automobiles per year. Please see YouTube video of Grand Opening at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wih8_xxZNgA.

The first new off-the-assembly-line e-GO EV cars should arrive in Las Vegas for showcase/demonstration and crash testing in the United States by the third quarter of 2015.

2050 Motors' e-GO EV should have little competition in its price range due to its advanced construction materials. The e-GO is very lightweight, extremely energy efficient, durable and safe, with the best all-around value proposition for car buyers worldwide.

2050 Motors Announces 10% Equity Sale to China's YMSIG

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, October 15, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX)* -- Today, Michael Hu, President of 2050 Motors, Inc. (OTCQB: ETFM), announced the signing of an MOU to sell ten percent (10%) of 2050 Motors equity stock to Yancheng Municipal State-Owned Asset Investment Group, Co. Ltd. (YMSIG), an investment and property development company founded by the Yancheng Municipal Government. Earlier this year, YMSIG also purchased Jiangsu Aoxin New Energy Automobile, Co. Ltd. (Aoxin Automobile) from Dongfeng Motor, Co. Ltd. YMSIG has made major equity investments in the real estate, finance, engineering, culture, science and technology industries in the Yancheng, Jiangsu Province.

In 2012, 2050 Motors signed a contract with Aoxin Automobile to exclusively import and assemble an advanced lightweight carbon fiber five passenger electric automobile called the e-Go EV. The e-Go electric vehicle (EV) was developed under a five year program by Dongfeng Motor in conjunction with Italian automotive engineers. Since 2012, 2050 Motors' engineers have worked diligently with Aoxin's automotive engineers to design and modify the e-Go for entrance into the US automobile market.

The purchase by YMSIG of a 10% equity position of 2050 Motors still must be approved by officials in China. Michael Hu stated, “The signing of the MOU demonstrates a vote of confidence by YMSIG in 2050 Motors to successfully launch the sale of the advanced e-Go electric five passenger automobile in the United States.”

The e-Go EV is being built on an all-aluminum lightweight advanced design frame with an all-carbon-fiber body. Carbon fiber is five times stronger than steel and one third its weight, which makes the total weight of the e-Go (including its battery pack) only 1,450 lbs. As a matter of comparison, the entire weight of the e-Go is approximately one half the weight of competitive automobiles of other manufacturers such as the Nissan Leaf, BMW i3 and the Mitsubishi iMiEV; over 2,000 lbs. lighter than the Toyota RAV4 electric; and, 3,200 lbs. lighter than the Tesla Model-S. The e-Go's huge weight reduction because of the use of carbon fiber and aluminum will make it the most efficient urban driving vehicle ever offered to the consumer market at an estimated retail price of less than $35,000 USD before government incentives.

It is planned that the e-Go will be sold with four different battery pack sizes, offering the customer a variety of driving ranges up to and exceeding 200 miles per charge. The e-Go will also feature two different power drive systems for customers who require higher performance acceleration. These features will ensure that the e-Go can match any customer's needs based on range and acceleration. It is estimated that the high performance package of the e-Go will be capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in approximately 7 seconds. It is also planned that certain models of the e-Go will be sold with battery pack warranties equal to those offered by Tesla Motors which are 8-year unlimited mile warranties.

The first demonstration vehicles will arrive to the United States in approximately six weeks. Also, the factory to mass produce the e-Go is presently under construction in Yancheng, China under the guidance of Aoxin Automobile engineers and YMSIG Management. The e-Go must undergo US DOT required crash test sequences and achieve DOT approval before being permitted to sell in the United States. However, plans are in the works for the e-Go to be offered for sale at an earlier date in certain countries in South America under the guidance and leadership of 2050 Motors.

When the e-Go EV is approved for sale in the United States it will be the first Chinese carbon fiber automobile to be sold in the USA. 2050 Motors is already planning an assembly plant for the e-Go in Las Vegas, Nevada and has been in meetings with the Urban Development Authority of Las Vegas for potential locations to build such a facility and initially create several hundred local jobs.
